By purchasing any Skillzee course or service, you agree to the terms stated below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is a Refund?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund is the return of the course fee paid by a customer under specific circumstances where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The learner is unable to access the course due to verified technical issues on the Skillzee platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skillzee fails to provide the learning resources as promised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The learner mistakenly purchases the wrong course or accidentally enrols in a Live Class instead of a Recorded Course, or vice versa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the <strong>Skillzee Support Team.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Request a Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have purchased an individual course, you may request a refund within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of completing your payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p less, Skillzee will refund the price difference through the original payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technical Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If verified technical problems on the Skillzee platform prevent you from accessing your purchased course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Missing Course Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Skillzee is unable to provide the learning resources or materials that were clearly promised for the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incorrect Course Format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you accidentally purchase a Live Class instead of a Recorded Course, or a Recorded Course instead of a Live Class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When is a Refund Not Applicable?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The refund request is submitted more than 48 hours after the date of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have already earned your course certificate within the 48-hour refund request period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You submitted a refund request within 48 hours but completed the course and earned the certificate before the refund process was completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You continue using the course after submitting a refund request, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Watching course videos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempting quizzes or assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloading course materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completing learning activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have completed more than <strong>5%<\/strong> of the premium course content before requesting a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Long Term Live Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For live courses with a duration of <strong>more than one month<\/strong>, the following policy applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have attended <strong>even one live class<\/strong>, you will <strong>not be eligible for a refund<\/strong>, regardless of whether you paid monthly or paid the full course fee in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, if you are unable to continue the course after attending a class, Skillzee will provide access to the <strong>recorded sessions<\/strong> once the course has been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recorded classes will remain available through the Skillzee learning portal for <strong>up to three months<\/strong> after the course ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This policy ensures that learners continue to benefit from the complete learning experience even if they cannot continue attending live sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What Happens After You Request a Refund?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your refund request is submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your course access may be temporarily suspended while the request is being reviewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your refund request is approved, you will be unenrolled from the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your learning progress, course history, and completed activities for that course will be removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you choose to purchase the
